The Loreto Theater
The Loreto is a 273-seat neoclassical proscenium house. 19th century architecture and details have been lovingly restored to this unique and beautiful space.

The Sheen Center, located in the heart of NOHO, has a 274-seat proscenium theater equipped with five-camera high-definition livestream capability and a multi-track recording studio with thirty-two onstage inputs; an 80-seat black box theater (Frank Shiner Theater); four rehearsal studios; and an art gallery (Janet Hennessy Dilenschneider Gallery).

The Frank Shiner Theater
The Frank Shiner Theater is a is a newly renovated, 80-seat, flexible, Black Box end space theater. Because of the use of retractable theater seating the entire space can be cleared for full floor use.
Janet Hennessy Dilenschneider Gallery
The Gallery is located on the 1st floor of The Sheen Center. This is a permanent space located in our Elizabeth Street Lobby for Art exhibitions. This space is also available to rent for small cocktail receptions (maximum 40 people); perfect for use pre or post lectures etc. or in conjunction with theater use. Gallery Dimensions: 31 x 17 feet.
The Studio Theater
The Studio Theater is a combination of Studios A and B to create one long studio venue of 56 × 16 feet which can be used as a flexible theater space with a fixed raised platform, light and sound package.
- Studio A: Dimensions: 28 × 16 feet. Can be combined with Studio B to create one long studio space of 56 × 16 feet.
- Studio B: Dimensions: 28 × 16 feet. Includes fixed platform. Can be combined with Studio A to create one long studio space of 56 × 16 feet.
- Studio C: Dimensions: 30 x 16 feet. Full length Mirrors; Piano; and Sprung Floor for Dance
- Studio D: Dimensions: 18 x 17 feet. Full length Mirrors and Piano
