The Most Reverend Paul Stagg Coakley, Archbishop of Oklahoma City, will tell the story of Blessed Stanley Rother (1935-1981), the Oklahoma farm boy martyred in his Guatemalan mission, who became the first US-born priest to be beatified. Blessed Father Rother’s life is a modern-day example of courage and commitment even unto death.
